What this app is

Trilivy Tracker is a tool for tracking your habits and your measurements, and for staying in touch with your coach. It is run by your coach, not by Trilivy, and not by the makers of any product or programme you may be following.

It is a record-keeping and communication tool. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.

It is not medical advice

Nothing in this app is medical advice, and neither your coach nor this app is a substitute for a doctor. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any eating plan, exercise routine, medication or supplement, and keep talking to them while you are on one.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services. Do not use this app to report one. Messages here are read when your coach next opens the app, which may be hours or days.

Any reading, note or projection you see here is worked out from the numbers you entered. It can be wrong, and it is not a clinical assessment.

Your account

You need an invite to create an account, and the account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell your coach straight away if you think somebody else has got into it.

You are responsible for what you enter. Your coach makes decisions from these numbers, so entering someone else’s readings, or numbers you have guessed at, produces coaching based on a fiction.

You must be 18 or over to use this app.

Your photos and your data

Progress photos, measurements, notes and everything else you put in stay yours. You are giving your coach permission to look at them and to use them to coach you.

Your records are readable by your own coach and by the administrator of their coaching team, and by nobody else using the app. They are not sold and they are not passed to anyone else for their own purposes.

If you add a screenshot of your scale results, the app reads the numbers off it to fill them in for you. Usually your phone does this itself. When it can’t, the screenshot is read by an AI service. The screenshot is kept for 60 days, next to the numbers you confirmed, so the app can get better at reading scale apps without AI, and is then deleted. Only the app’s administrator uses it for this.

When your coach asks for one, a short summary of your recent figures and the notes you have written is used to draft a briefing for your coach.

The AI service for both is Anthropic. It uses what it is sent only to produce that answer, and not to train anybody’s model. If you would rather none of this happened to your data, say so and your coach can enter your numbers by hand.

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing the address at the bottom of this page.

Do not upload anything you would not be prepared to lose, and do not upload anything that is not yours to upload.

Security, and its limits

This app takes reasonable care with what you store here. Data is held with established service providers, sent over an encrypted connection, and set up so that your records are reachable only by you, your coach and their team administrator.

No system on the internet is completely secure, and no promise to the contrary is made here. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither your coach nor this app accepts liability for any loss, deletion, corruption, theft or unauthorised access to your data or your photos, however it happens, including through a security breach of this app or of any service it relies on.

Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. Photos especially.

Availability

The app may be unavailable at times, planned or otherwise, and features may change or be withdrawn. Reminders depend on your phone, your notification settings and your network, and may be late or may not arrive at all. Do not rely on this app as your only reminder for anything that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, this app is provided as it is, with no warranties of any kind, and neither your coach nor anyone involved in running the app is liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including lost data, lost photos, or any health outcome.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under consumer protection law where those rights apply.

Ending it

You can stop using the app whenever you like and ask for your account to be closed. Your coach can close an account too, for example when coaching ends. Closing an account removes your access; ask if you want your data deleted as well.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version you agreed to is recorded against your account, so it is always possible to say which words you saw. The current version is always on this page, and it is dated 29 September 2026.
